Brian Prisco, a self-proclaimed warrior-poet, hails from Quakertown, PA, outside Philadelphia. The inherent obesity and sports-related rage of this cheesesteak-laden metropolis provide the necessary fuel for his creative endeavors. Brian's one act playwrighting, disguising itself as evenings with such whimsically vulgar titles as "Dodgeball with Fat Kids" and his thesis "Cheaper Than Therapy", has thrilled and disgusted many folks across the Lehigh Valley.
His theatrical career has spanned over a decade, garnering him the William H. Hirschmann Award for Excellence in Drama among many others. Favorite roles including a fat drunken knight (Falstaff), a crippled Southern invalid (For Whom the Southern Belle Tolls), a vicious Irish gravedigger (Moonshine), and a boy in a pink bunny suit (A Christmas Story). Despite appearing in a number of clever and delightful student films while in Boston, Jason Wong was brave enough to cast Brian in what is no doubt his finest work on film. He holds a B.A. in English and Theatre from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, and a M.F.A. in Screenwriting from Boston University, neither of which he is using at present.
