Originally an engineer, Jason changed colleges to pursue his dream of filmmaking. He attained a Masters of Fine Arts in Film Production from Boston University. While earning his degrees, he edited over 50 student films but has also written and directed films spanning genres including horror, comedy, parody, drama, and science fiction. He finds inspiration from comic books, Japanese animation, Kung Fu movies, and from directors like Tim Burton and Sam Raimi. While believing a film should communicate a message, Jason believes it can be done while keeping it palatable to general audiences. Entertaining is the priority or else no one will want to read the message.
