

As a martial artist, Jeff is primarily trained in Kendo and Tae
Kwon Do with other experience in boxing, German Longsword, fencing, rapier,
nunchaku, arnis, saber for film and TV, and just a splash of Shaolin. He has
tournament experience and won first place in his division for sparring in the
first annual Atlantic Kendo Federation tournament held in Randolph, MA.
As a choreographer, Jeff has recently done work recreating fights on one the
History Channel's latest offerings: "Slave Catchers, Slave Resisters", now
available on DVD. He recently assisted Anthony Delongis of Highlander: the TV
series, at a fight choreography seminar. Visit Anthony's website for a full

Jeff has done stuntwork (free falls, fighting) for Northern Light Productions
and has largely contributed to and starred in fights for various independent
films including: The Challenge, Kiru, Shimei, Shadowlands, Potentia, Tomorrow's
Night, Hollow Valley, Great Human, Don't Talk He Said, and Final Curtain 2. He
has studied and applied concepts such as proper camera placement, head
reactions, making light contact on the body when blocking, and training actors
to both "dish out" and "receive" hits properly.
